Dear Mr. President,
Let me please hereby honor the victims and express my sympathy to their families and the American people on the eve of the tenth anniversary of the brutal terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. These attacks serve as a painful reminder of our common responsibility to fight against all forms of violent extremism and never waver in our efforts to promote the universal values of democracy which bind our nations together.
Let me assure you that we are ready to continue the close cooperation we have had over the years in countering terrorism.
Also series of events will be held in Hungary during the month in order to pay tribute to the victims and to renew our resolve to protect our common values.
Sincerely yours,
