The Hungarian American Coalition welcomes Luca Kosdi as LTP intern and Eszter Csenteri as Gala Marketing intern

Washington, D.C. – The John N. Lauer Leadership Training Program (LTP) was established to enable young Hungarian Americans and English-speaking Hungarians from Hungary and neighboring countries to gain firsthand experience at Washington-based institutions. The goal is to prepare participants for public service and provide the opportunity to build professional contacts in the U.S.

On February 16, 2026, Luca Kosdi began her internship at the Coalition. Luca is in her second year of her bachelor’s program at the University of Szeged majoring in International Relations. She is interested in American government and political institutions, and international law, focusing on current global events. As an intern, Luca will attend lectures and key events, and assist in organizing and hosting the United States of America 250 Gala. Luca’s goal is to deepen her knowledge in the area of her studies and enrich her perspective on international relations. She hopes her time in Washington D.C. will help define her career path and gain meaningful experiences. Besides professional development, she is excited to get involved with the Hungarian American community.
