In the October 22-23 issue of The Wall Street Journal, an art review by E.A. Carmean, Jr., under the series Masterpiece: "A Surreal Rendering of Our Salvation"

The masterpiece is: "Crucifixion" (1930) by Pablo Picasso.

 

In the October 24 edition of The Washington Post, a report by the Associated Press: "Hungary hails 1956 revolt amid critics' jeers"
