Dr. Forgach is a Board member of the Hungarian American Coalition and former Chairman of the Board, who founded the Calasanctius Training Program to support the moral and professional education of young talented Hungarians to become leaders in Hungarian society. So far the program provided scholarship to about 200 students. Dr. Forgach also created a program to promote start-ups by young entrepreneurs called "Ifjúsági Üzleti Program" based in Budapest, not only for young Hungarians but for the youth of Central Europe.
