In the January 19 edition of The New York Review of Books, a book review by Lewis Lockwood: 'There Is Only One Beethoven'
The book is "Beethoven for a Later Age: Living with the String Quartets" by Edward Dusinberre, University of Chicago Press, $30, 262 pp.
The review makes reference to the Hungarian Quartet (1935-1972) and more extensively to the Takács Quartet, created in 1975.

In the January 23 issue of The Wahington Post, an op-ed by columnist Robert J. Samuelson: "America Last"

In the January 26 edition of The Financial Times, a Letter to the Editor by Lajos Bokros: "Trump Way Off the Mark on Germany and the EU"
The writer served as Hungarian minister of finance in 1995-1996 and was member of the European parliament for Hungary in the 2009-2014 session.
